考研英语作文：邀请信

考研时间将近，考研英语作文也到了名副其实的“押宝”环节，都教授认为小作文的四大重点分别为：邀请信，感谢信，投诉信，求职信。下面都教授针对邀请信以及如何给邀请信写一封回信，来指导考生如何攻克。

一、邀请信如何写？

1.开头首先表明写作意图，向某人发出邀请，指明地点、日期、时间等要素。

2.表达你渴望见到对方。如果是商务性质的，注明时间、会议地点、发信主题、组织者、出席者等。留下联系人的姓名、地址和电话号码。

3.表达你对被邀请者能应邀的愉快决心，并希望尽快得到回复。

二、邀请信的回信如何写？

就以小作文为例，虽然没有固定的模板，有些不可或缺的句子我还是需要给大家，由于反向思维无处不在，所以都教授在此重要提醒考生：命题老师可以让考生写邀请信，同时也可以让广大考生给邀请信写回信，所以都教授一下给出邀请信回信的写法要点：

拒绝邀请	首先感谢别人的邀请， Thank you very much for your kind invitation to ... 接着写具体的展开，不能去的原因等等，看题干的要求； we have another event to attend on the same day. 接着拒绝：I'am awfully sorrry that I shall not be able to ... 最后再客套： It was thoughtful of you to invite me. I do hope you will ask me again some time.
接受邀请	首先表示对对方事务的祝贺： Firstly, I want to express my heartful congratualtion to you on+具体事件接受邀请： I am very pleased to accept the invitaion to +具体事件。或者：we 'd be much delighted to accept your invitation. That' s very kind of you. I'd love to come. 最后客套： I am looking forward to meeting you.
