陈立新,教授、博士生导师;兼任中国环氧树脂应用技术学会常务副理事长、中国复合材料学会会员。1985-1991和1998-2001年在西北工业大学获得高分子材料与工程学士、材料学硕士学位和博士学位,2007年4月起任西北工业大学教授,2004年-2005年美国科罗拉多大学访问学者。主要从事高性能树脂基体、复合材料的低成本制造工艺及聚合物陶瓷先驱体裂解制备耐高温抗氧化SiBNC复相陶瓷的研究工作,先后主持国家自然科学基金1项,军品配套项目(国家级)1项,航空科学基金等省部级项目3项,20余项军工型号和企业横向项目。在Journal of American Ceramic Society等学术期刊发表论文90余篇,获国家发明专利10余项,曾获陕西省科学技术三等奖、陕西省高等学校科学技术二等奖等奖项。
