个人简介:
周付根,男,1965年09月出生于江西省,北京航空航天大学宇航学院图像中心主任,教授,博士生导师。1982年进入北京航空航天大学电子工程系学习,先后获北京航空航天大学电子工程系学士学位,北京航空航天大学模式识别与智能系统专业硕士学位,北京航空航天大学模式识别与智能系统学科博士学位。中国科学院苏州生物医学工程研究所客座教授、博士导师。中国民主同盟海淀区高校专委副主任,中国宇航学会光电技术委员会常务委员,全国放射治疗、核医学和放射剂量学设备标准化技术委员会委员,中国生物医学工程学会医学物理分会理事、医学影像专业委员会副主任委员。
2004年3月至8月到美国密歇根州威廉博蒙特(William Beaumont)医院的研究院参加合作研究工作。曾获部级科技成果奖5项,其中二等奖3项,三等奖2项。主持包括国家自然科学基金,北京市自然科学基金,航空科学基金,首都医学发展基金,总装863、国家863计划,总装预研和装备研究项目等纵向、横向课题30余项。参与编撰图书4部。在包括国际著名刊物《Pattern Recognition》、《Optics Express》、《Journal of Biomedical Optics》等在内的国内外重要学术刊物上发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI检索30余篇,EI检索60余篇,ISTP检索20篇。指导硕士研究生50余人、博士研究生10人、留学生3人。其中硕士生3人获北航优秀硕士研究生称号,博士生1人获北航优秀博士论文、全国百篇优秀博士论文提名,博士生1人获北航十佳优秀论文奖,培养的工程硕士1人被评为“全国做出突出贡献的工程硕士学位获得者”。研制成功两套装备产品在XXX军得到应用;研制成功的6套图像处理及应用系统在医疗领域得到广泛应用。

(2)“病理学真彩色图像的某些专项模块和远程会诊及多媒体教学数据库的研究”2000年解放军科技进步三等奖(2);
(3)“真彩色医学图像分析系统”1994年解放军科技进步二等奖(2);
(4)“病理图像分析系统在临床上开发应用的研究”获2002年度北京市科技进步二等奖(4)。
(5)“XXXX电子侦察船技侦系统-光电侦察分系统”,获2008年度中国电子集团公司科技进步二等奖(4)。
已研制成功的医学图像应用系统:
1、“CMIAS系列多功能真彩色病理图像分析系统”,获北京市医疗器械准产许可证,注册号:京药管械(准)字2001第2210233号;
2、研发的“SRRS伽玛射线头部立体放射治疗系统”,(研制了其中的治疗计划系统)获国家医疗器械准产许可证,注册号:国药管械(准)字2002第3320342号;2004年底通过美国FDA论证,文档编号第K041125,这也是中国唯一获批的大型医疗设备。
3、研制的“IPTS-2000型立体放射治疗系统”,获国家医疗器械准产许可证,注册号:国药管械(准)字2002第3040048号;
4、“AeroTech立体定向框架”获国家医疗器械试产许可证,注册号:国食药监械(试)字2004第3060358号;
5、“AeroTech立体定向手术计划系统”,获国家医疗器械试产许可证,注册号:国食药监械(试)字2004第3060394号;
6、研制的“放射性粒子近距离治疗计划系统”获国家医疗器械试产许可证,注册号:国药管械(准)字2005第05-0699号。
7、研制成功“手术中放射治疗计划系统”、“颅内粒子植入治疗计划系统”;
