研究方向
菌根(mycorrhiza)真菌是一类非常重要的土壤微生物,能与绝大部分陆生植物形成互惠共生体,对植物营养吸收、植物抗逆、植物群落、土壤结构以及碳氮磷的地球化学循环等具有非常重要的调控作用。本人目前主要在青藏高原及黄土高原地区开展丛枝菌根真菌种质资源及群落生态学研究,重点关注菌根真菌的群落装配机制以及人类活动及资源有效性对菌根共生体的调控机制。
