傅 刚(Fu Gang),男,1963年1月出生,1984年毕业于山东海洋学院海洋气象专业,1987年获得硕士学位后留校工作,1993年被破格提升为副教授,1995年被公派到日本东京大学攻读博士学位。1997年获得青岛海洋大学理学博士学位,1999年获得日本东京大学理学博士学位,现在是中国海洋大学海洋环境学院副院长、教授、博士生导师, 是中国海洋大学海洋环境学院主管研究生和外事副院长。担任“教育部高等学校大气科学类教学指导分委员会委员”、“教育部高等学校高职高专环保与气象类专业教学指导委员会委员”(教育部任命,2006至2010 年)、教育部本科教学水平评估专家等, 山东省气象学会副理事长。
一、 社会兼职
兼任中国气象学会第26 届气象教育与培训委员会委员、大气物理学委员会委员、热带与海洋气象学委员会委员、气象教育与培训委员会委员、中国海洋学会海气相互作用专业委员会委员。 中国科学院大气物理研究所LAPC开放实验室特聘教授,中国气象科学研究院特聘教授,中国气象局上海台风研究所和天津市气象台客座研究员,解放军理工大学气象学院特聘教授,《山东气象》杂志副主编,中国海洋大学学报(自然版)编委,并被Journal of the Meteorological Society of Japan,Journal of Atmospheric Sciences, Advances in Atmospheric Sciences,《中国科学》,《科学通报》等学术期刊聘为审稿人。先后应邀到美国NCAR、夏威夷大学、日本东京大学、文部科学省的全球变化研究所、筑波大学;韩国首尔(汉城)国立大学;中国科学院大气物理研究所、台湾大学、南京大学、中国气象科学研究院等多家学术单位作过学术报告,参加过多次国际学术会议并担任2次分会主席。
二、学术研究
近期主要从事以下三个领域:(一)日本海极地低压,(二)海雾,(三)强对流降水的研究。在包括 Monthly Weather Review,Journal of the Meteorological Society of Japan,Advances in Atmospheric Sciences,Atmospheric Research 等国际一流大气与海洋科学学术刊物上发表文章50篇,2001年出版英文专著一部Polar Lows: Intense Cyclones in Winter。这些研究成果对于丰富海洋气象学的研究内容,提高对灾害性天气系统的认识水平做出了一定贡献。1999年获国家教育部科技进步三等奖;有关极地低压的研究成果获得山东省教育厅优秀科研成果一等奖(2002年,第一完成人);2002年获得过山东省优秀博士学位论文荣誉称号,并获得过全国优秀青年气象科技工作者荣誉称号。2006年获得全国优秀气象科技工作者荣誉称号。 2001年1月出版的英文专著Polar Lows: Intense Cyclones in Winter比丹麦哥本哈根大学教授Erik A. Rasmussen 和英国学者John Turner合著的专著Polar Lows Mesoscale Weather Systems in the Polar Regions要早两年多(2003年4月)。在东京大学的博士论文受到了国际海洋气象学界权威,东京大学山岬正纪等教授的好评,称之为“従来の研究を大きく発展させ、多くの重要な知見を得た優れた研究である”(将以往的研究成果大大发展,得到了许多重要的知见的优秀研究)。 已经完成国家自然科学基金两项(基金号分别为40275033和40240420564), 目前主持国家自然科学基金,国家科技部“863”项目以及中国气象局行业专项各一项。
