个人简介
梅虎:主要从事药物设计、药物基因组学、生物信息学等领域研究。先后在《PNAS》,《Scientific Reports》,《Toxicological Sciences》,《J Chem Inf Model》,《European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry》等国际期刊上发表发表SCI收录论文60余篇,单篇最高引用90余次,累计引用310余次。申请发明专利5项,获权2项。先后主持国家高技术发展研究计划(“863”计划)、国家自然科学基金等多项省部级以上科研项目;研究成果“肽定量构效关系研究与应用”获教育部自然科学奖二等奖;曾获重庆大学“优秀青年教师”和“学生科技园丁”等荣誉称号。指导本科生参加美国数学建模竞赛获二等奖和三等奖各一项;指导研究生获得重庆市优秀博士学位论文1人,重庆市优秀硕士学位论文1人,重庆大学优秀毕业研究生3人。现为《Journal of Medicinal Chemistry》,《Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters》,《SCIENCE IN CHINA》,《CHINESE JOURNAL OF STRUCTURAL CHEMISTRY》等杂志审稿人。
近年来,主要进行基于结构的合理药物设计、遗传异质性药物毒副作用机理与个性化医疗等相关研究。欢迎药学、生物学、化学等相关专业学生报考本学科方向研究生。
