西南大学生命科学学院研究生导师彭作刚介绍如下：

彭作刚（1976-），男，博士，研究员，博士生导师。教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者。主要从事鱼类多样性与演化方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目等课题多项。近年来在《BMC Genomics》、《Molecular Biology and Evolution》、《Molecular Ecology》、《Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution》和《Science》等国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文50余篇。
