刘力,男,1970年生,教授,博导,科技部973计划首席科学家,北京市先进弹性体工程技术研究中心主任,北京化工大学先进弹性体材料研究中心主任,中国功能材料学会理事,中国新材料技术协会理事。
刘力长期从事橡胶材料的应用基础和高技术应用研究,先后承担或完成了三十多项国家级高技术领域的基础和应用项目,包括973计划、军工973课题、国家863项目、国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、国防科工局国防创新团队项目、国防基础科研项目、国防军品配套项目、总装预先研究项目等,开发了多种特殊工况条件下的先进弹性体复合材料与功能材料,包括低滚动阻力、高抗撕裂强度长寿命坦克负重轮胶胎,高模量、高阻隔、导热、高耐磨的先进碳/橡胶复合材料,高能X射线屏蔽、复杂混合中子伽玛核辐射场移动与固定防护等材料等。
以第一完成人获北京市科学技术发明二等奖和中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖各一项,其他省部级以上科技成果奖励6项。共发表学术论文169篇,其中以通讯联系人身份在Advanced Functional Materials、Small、Scientific Reports、Langmuir等国内外刊物上共发表SCI论文60多篇。合著出版专著2部。授权国外发明专利4项,授权国家发明专利40项,PCT专利申请8项。先后组织或参与组织了多次国际和国内学术活动,并多次在国际和国内重要学术会议上作邀请报告。2003年入选北京市科技新星计划(人才计划),2005年获霍英东青年教师基金优选资助,2006年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,获2013年度中国化工学会侯德榜化工科学技术青年奖,2015年获中国化工学会橡胶专业委员会全国橡胶工业优秀科技工作者。
