Write a notice of about 100 words, providing the newly-enrolled international students with relevant information about the library.这是规定情景部分，它给你设定了一个情景，让你根据它的规定来做题。这是考生每年做小作文的审题部分，因为它规定了写作的内容和写作的类型。小作文有书信、通知、报告、备忘录、告示等，一定要判断出写哪个类型的应用文。对于规定情景部分，每年都在变化，所以考生做题时审的就是这部分内容。后面的几句话：You should write neatly on the ANSWER SHEET. Do not sign your name at the end of the letter. Use "Li Ming" instead. Do not write the address.我们把这句话称为常规规定部分，每年几乎不会变化，大家只需注意署名，署名一般是Li Ming，偶尔也会有变化。
