廖晓峰,教授,博士生导师,教育部长江特聘教授,新世纪百千万国家级人才,全国优秀博士后,教育部新世纪优秀人才,享受国务院政府特殊津贴的专家,重庆市322人才工程一层次人才,重庆市学术技术带头人,IEEE Senior Member


廖晓峰教授于1986年和1992年分别在四川大学数学系获计算数学专业学士和硕士学位,1997年在电子科技大学电子工程学院获电路与系统专业博士学位。廖晓峰教授于19867月至19899月在四川大学任助教,19927月至19994月在电子科技大学任讲师、副教授、教授,1999年至2012.7在重庆大学任教授、副院长。目前在西南大学电子信息学院工作,曾先后在香港中文大学、香港城市大学、日本脑科学研究所、英国的Warwick大学以及美国的大学等做访问教授。


廖晓峰教授近年来从事人工神经网络、无线传感器网络和混沌密码学及其应用研究,主持国家自然科学基金项目4(均以优秀结题)、教育部新世纪优秀人才资助项目1项、重庆市自然科学基金重点项目1项、其它省部级科研项目5项。以第一排名获得教育部和重庆市自然科学二等奖4项、三等奖1项、科技进步奖1项,获得国家发明专利4项。出版专著3部,SCI检索论文百余篇,SCI 他引3390次,到2012年止其H因子为33。目前是两个国际期刊的副主编。已经培养博士毕业生40余名,其中1篇获得全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖,4篇博士论文获得重庆市优秀博士论文,6人获教育部新世纪优秀人才计划资助,1人获重庆市杰出青年基金资助。他也是10余个国际会议的程序委员会主席与委员。
